KettenKrad Built Up
This is the KettenKrad from the Ertl company. I purchased it in 1999 as a hobby shop had it discounted for just 29.95 when it was supposed to be 89.95. I worked on it for a few months then it sat for the better part of 10 years before I finished it.
The Kettenkrad was one of my favorite german vehicles of all time. It was a very unique piece of equipment.

Welcome to Throwing Plastic
Welcome all! I am new to this and you may see some errors from time to time and for that I will apologize being a newbie! Happy new year to everyone and I hope you and your families have a very prosperous year to come. I started this blog to showcase my model building abilities and share with other modelers out there that may be interested in learning some of my techniques.
I model mostly Lowrider models but also love to model show rods, tanks, airplanes, world war 2 models and anything that is odd or extraordinary. Star wars and space models as well.
I am totally addicted to plastic models and model building. If it can be built ill build it. I have over 1250 kits unbuilt and 45 projects currently in different forms of construction. Motivation can sometimes be hard to come by with so much going on, however it does get done.
I may spend up to 1 year or 10 years on a project till i feel that it is ready to be put in the showcase.
